During special promotions such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, as well the festive period, there is higher demand and it is possible that orders may be delayed compared to average processing and delivery times as a result of high demand for courier services. For this reason, we remind you that the delivery dates you will see at the check-out are estimates.
Terms and Conditions
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects in the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, misuse, accidents, breakage due to abuse, modification, unauthorized repair, water exposure, or other causes unrelated to the manufacturing process.
- What is considered valid proof of purchase?
A receipt of purchase from an authorized Ozone point of sale. The receipt must show the date of purchase, product description, price and store name.

- What happens if you don't have a purchase receipt?
If the product was purchased online, please check your email as you should have an email confirming the purchase and shipping from the point of sale. If the product was a gift, we suggest that you request the receipt from the person who gave it to you, or ask that person to process the guarantee themselves.
- Why does Ozone need valid proof of purchase?
Ozone must verify that the product is within the warranty period. We also need to verify that the product was purchased from an authorized point of sale. Ozone follows these policies to protect the interests of our end customers and distributors.
For any claim concerning RMA, the customer must have a valid proof of purchase of the product. If you purchased the product from an authorized Ozone retailer, please contact them to process your warranty. In such cases, the point of sale is responsible for processing the return of the product.
Prices and payment terms are for informational purposes only and may be changed in response to market fluctuations. However, if an order is made, the conditions in place at that specific moment are accepted. This is a step that normally takes place during the purchasing process by clicking the box "I have read and accept the conditions".
Once the order is formalized, it means that the purchase has been made and within it are included all the legal guarantees that protect you as a consumer and/or buyer. At this precise moment the prices and contractual conditions are respected, and so they cannot be modified unless expressly agreed by both parties.
If the package received at home displays any defects due to transport, such as scratches, holes in the box or any other defect, you must reject the shipment since otherwise we cannot be sure who holds responsibility for the condition of the product. When this happens, you must send us an email within 24 hours explaining the reasons for the rejection of the package to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you accept the package from Ozone we will not be able to help you as we are not responsible for any damage to the package that occurs during shipping.

- Shipping costs
Ozone Gaming currently works with SEUR, a leading company in national and international parcel and message delivery. It is hereby established that the cut-off time for processing orders on the same day will be 4:00 p.m. This will be the case except for the month of August, in which the cut-off time for placing orders is before 1:00 p.m. During said month, a series of particularities may be a factor, caused by staff vacations, wholesalers, and transport companies:
– The logistics company may take longer than normal to send the tracking code so that the user can track their order.
Delivery dates and times are set by the transport company and only working days (Monday to Friday) will be taken into account. SEUR guarantees delivery times except in circumstances unrelated to the performance of its service (for example, adverse weather conditions such as floods that prevent or hinder road transport, or politically significant events such as general strikes, etc.)
The order must be rejected by the customer if they observe that the package has been tampered with, opened or is in poor condition (including tears or knocks). The carrier will record on the delivery note the reason why the order is not accepted. From this moment, the client has 24 hours to notify Ozone Gaming of what has happened. You must contact us through the Returns section of the user panel (My Account) by selecting the option "I had to reject my order because it arrived in a damaged state".
If the customer accepts a package in such conditions, they will lose their right to claim since the company is not responsible for possible damage suffered by the orders during shipping, nor in the event that products we send are manipulated or deteriorate during shipping.
Important: if the carrier has not been able to deliver the order, either because the address provided is incorrect or information is missing and the transport company has no way of finding the location, or due to repeated absences at the agreed delivery address, and the customer wishes to cancel the order then the order amount will be reimbursed, excluding the shipping and transport costs generated in the attempted delivery of the order in question. It is essential that the user verifies that all the information, such as the address or point of delivery, contains the necessary details needed by the transport company to deliver the order without incidents. If on the expected delivery date(s) the customer has a missed call or receives a call from an unknown telephone number, they must return the call as it is extremely likely to be the transport company that is trying to agree on a delivery date and time. Below is a summary table where you can consult the usual shipping rates and deadlines for orders of a package. The shipping costs will be applied per unit and depending on the different territories in which it operates.

Below we explain the Spanish regulations on this matter. Please read it carefully, and if you have doubts contact us and we will clarify any point:
To claim for lack of conformity of the product, the consumer can address both the seller and the manufacturer of the product. The law establishes a general period of 3 years from the acquisition of those products purchased after 01/01/2022 for the problem to manifest.
If the defect becomes evident during the first 6 months from the delivery of the product, it is presumed that the anomaly already existed when it was purchased and the consumer does not have to prove anything.
However, when the lack of conformity is manifested after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer may require an independent expert's report made on behalf of the consumer, in order to process the claim.
During the time that the consumer is deprived of the product, the calculation of the warranty period is suspended: for example, if the repair/replacement of a product takes 15 days, the warranty period will end 15 days later than originally planned. The customer must prove these time periods at the request of Ozone Gaming by means of the corresponding shipping receipts.
Shipping costs incurred while processing the product warranty will be charged to Ozone Gaming during the three years of warranty coverage. In any case and regardless of this point, it will always be according to instructions indicated by Ozone Gaming, after previous request and acceptance. For the purposes of applying the warranty, the address indicated on the delivery note of the original order will be considered the "Customer Address". Any increase in shipping costs caused by a change of address must be paid by the customer, and it is always at the discretion of Ozone Gaming to limit collection and/or delivery to the customer's original address indicated in the order.
